The Cardiologists and staff of Cardiology Consultants, PC welcome you to our practice. We are so glad that you have chosen us to help with your health care needs. Our goal is to provide you with the best cardiovascular services in our area. Our practice focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, congestive heart failure, cardiac arrhythmias, hypertension and hyperlipidemia. 


New Patients:

If you are interested in scheduling a new patient appointment you may call our office at 205-752-0694 and request an appointment with one of our physicians. Once your appointment is scheduled, be sure to provide our office with your email address so you will receive an invitation to join the patient portal.  

Current Patients:
If you are a current patient of Cardiology Consultants, you can now use this website to request or change an appointment, request a medication refill, communicate with your doctor, pay bills, request medical records, etc at your convenience. If this is an emergency please call 911. If you are needing an urgent response, please contact our office at 205-752-0694.

**Our office is in the process of changing from the Medfusion Patient Portal to the ezAccess Patient Portal. If you had a prior patient portal account created, you should receive an email which will provide a new link to new and improved ezAccess patient portal. The email will contain your portal username and a temporary password. Once you log in for the first time with the portal username and temporary password, you will be prompted to create your own password. **

**Each patient must have their own unique email address. You CANNOT use the same email address as your spouse with our new system. If you both have the same email address, one of you MUST change to a unique email address. Please notify our office of your new email address.

**If you have not provided our office your email address and you would like to create a portal account, email [email protected] with your name, date of birth, phone number, and name of physician you see in our clinic. If all information matches, then you will be sent an email with further instructions on how to set up your portal account.
